• Freight & Duties: All shipments are made on FOB or CIF terms. Buyer handles duties and clearance.
• Delays: We’re not liable for delays due to customs, ports, or couriers.

Our products comply with international food safety standards (ISO, HACCP, FSSAI). Certificates available on request. Buyers must ensure compliance in their local markets.

• No returns accepted unless pre-approved in writing.
• Claims for damaged or missing goods must be reported within 7 days with photos and batch numbers.
